Features self-storing lower glass panel for ventilation. Pre-hung, pre-spaced, and pre-drilled for hardware. Includes 3 full-butt, self-lubricating hinges. Painted with a baked on polyester finish which resists scratching and chipping. Ultra-fine screen mesh to guard against insects. Deluxe pushbutton latch and heavy-duty pneumatic closer. Anti lock-out feature, and built-in interior security lock. Distortion free tempered glass. Full width drip cap header.
