Spins approximately 3/4 circle per minute. On/Off switch to control the base has 3 settings: Rotate with tree lights On, no rotation with tree lights On, and Off. The base plugs into the wall and the tree plugs into the base. Indoor use only. UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) approved. Dimensions: 26-1/4 In. W. x 6 In. H.
