The PB700FB2 also includes deluxe features such as a 21-pound hopper with easy cleanout door, 2 racks of porcelain coated steel cooking grates for perfect sear marks, a built-in flame broiler for searing, and a high temperature matte black powder coat finish. 747 square inches of cooking space. Reach temperatures from 180 Deg F to 500 Deg F with the dial-in digital control board with LED read-out. The 21-pound hopper holds enough pellets to cook even the lowest and slowest dishes. Turn up the heat with the Flame Broiler Lever, which allows for direct flame searing up to 1000 Deg F. 2 porcelain coated steel cooking grids for easy cleaning. 2 meat probe ports allow you to optimize temperature. 1 meat probe is included with purchase. The solid bottom shelf gives you the option for additional storage space. Our grease management system consists of a simple steel bucket. Just replace the foil liner for easy clean up.
