Energy saving solar residential flag pole light provides the proper illumination to fly the United States flag at night. Recommended to mount to poles 1 In. to 1-1/4 In. in diameter. 110-lumen output LED (light emitting diode) light that provides up to 8 hours of illumination. The United States flag code states "It is the universal custom to display the flag only from sunrise to sunset on buildings with stationary flagstaffs in the open. However, when a patriotic effect is desired, the flag may be displayed 24 hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness". Durable nylon construction. Charge light in direct sunlight for 3 days in the off position before using.
